Step 1: Restart all of your devices

It is essential that your network should have additional items with some components. Try to restart all of your devices such as a router, modem, printer, and computer. After that, print the documents and check whether the printing issue is get resolved or not. 

Note: Make sure to not reset your device to the factory default settings as it may delete all the customized settings made by you. It also removed the data and settings made on your device. Instead of resetting your device, simply restart your device. 

Step 2: Check the Network Printer Connectivity

Print a test sheet or configuration from your printer. With the network printers, this test sheet describes the way your printer is connected to the network such as a URL for accessing the administrative page, IP address, and the network connection type. You need to check the printer manual to do the local test print. After test printing, you need to ensure that your printer is connected to the network through IP address. This IP address should be the same as that of the address on your network. If your IP address starts with 169 then it means that your printer could not connect with your network. 

Step 3: Reconfigure the Network Settings of your Printer

If your printer cannot connect with your network then start again. Firstly, switch off your printer and disconnect your printer from the network. Also, reinstall your printer by following the instructions given in the manual. You need to make a record of network passwords and the printer that you are using. 

Step 4: Reinstall or Reconfigure the Network Drivers for your Printer

When your printer is communicating over the network then you need to configure or install the network drivers for your printer such as Cloud Print for Android devices or AirPrint for iOS devices. 

Step 5: Test the Printer Drivers
